Angelica Essence Healing
Angelica essence healing is considered to be so relaxing that it only rivals ginger for digestive aid.

It enhances circulation. The blood flows nutrients and warmth to all our cells. It carries oxygen to waste areas, to areas infected with bacteria, viruses, fungus and molds.

For an ill or stressed person, it grounds, gently energizes and therefore effects healing.

It detoxifies, ultimately raising the body's vibration and strength. Well being is revitalized.

Its support of lung function increases a state of all (or most) being healthy. Its balancing properties promote relaxation, deep breathing, and your trillions of cells are invigorated by oxygen and waste removal.

As for its scent, essential oil angelica is spicy and a little musky. It is therefore useful in many perfume mixes.

Angelica seeds and roots were burned to purify the air when The Black Plague ravaged Europe.

Angelica is used in the recipe for Chartreuse, still a secret. Chartreuse is considered a medicinal liqueur. It is also an ingredient in Vermouth, a popular drink in Europe, and an ingredient in Martinis.

Angelica root oil can be used in:

  • bathwater
  • massage oil (helps lymphatic drainage)
  • compressed in a carrier oil for monthly cycle balance
  • inhaled as a lung support
  • used in a diffuser for lung, digestive and nervous support

Many years ago my internist MD prescribed this for me when I had a dire illness. I am so glad she had the knowledge to do so!

Shamans have used the oil of the Palo Santo tree as a metaphysical aid for concentration, meditation and a reach into the subtler realms. For cleansing, purifying and eliminating evil spirits, or negative energies.

Does your inner shaman, your spirit, yearn for some powerful energy for refreshment? An upliftment?

The essential oil energy in "Shaman" brings you a unique mix of Palo Santo and Cistus.

Why Palo Santo was included in a fragrance for men:

  • enhances creativity
  • has a grounding influence
  • prolongs concentration
  • reduces stress
  • considered highly therapeutic in the genre of spiritual oils
Essential Oils - Their Uses For Men

Men too look beyond fashion for support and uplifting from natural products. With the current awareness of chemical contaminants in perfumes and cosmetic products, men need the same quality in oils, lotions and scents as women need.

Men don't contribute as widely as women do to the voice pleading for relief from the many barriers to well being and naturally maintained health:

  • lack of quality sleep
  • high competition in careers
  • parenting requirements
  • continued education demands
  • lapses in self confidence/wavering self esteem
I recommend Floracopeia because this is a company that exerts as much control as possible to protect the purity of its products and sources of products. Dealing with local growers and harvesters and avoiding large brokers is the best any company can do, globally-wise.

Take a look at getting yourself (or your beloved man) "Shaman" Botanical Fragrance for perfume and aromatherapy massage benefits. If you seek the enhancement of your best or sought-for qualities or personal power, try this fragrance for men.

I'm a little dizzy and shocked after beginning to search the facts of the food labelling norms, and the fact that foods imported into North America may be labeled "Certified USDA Organic", yet may come from overseas farms that are never inspected.

Foods, herbs, flowers, may be grown without chemical fertilizers and pesticides, and yet the farm may be contaminated with heavy metal run off from near by industry.

Natural News reports this in creepy detail.

Olive Oil

I'll use olive oil as an example because you are probably familiar with it, shopping for it and using the label information for making your choices.

Natural News also informs us:

Tom Mueller, the bold author of Extra Virginity: The Sublime and Scandalous World of Olive Oil, reports that up to "70 percent of the extra virgin olive oil sold worldwide is watered down with other oils and enhancers making them far from virgins"...

Scambusters has tips for choosing a good olive oil, avoiding the labeling scams.

The Olive Center at UC Davis has published a 22 page report on olive oils.

Olive Oil Times presents a front page of references to olive oil fraud.

The New York Daily News has also exposed food fraud.

Here is a food fraud database with search, and an online forum.

And there are many more web sites with food fraud reports.

The most common advice from many fraud-busters, and natural care physicians is to buy locally. That's your closest chance to knowing where your foods, herbs, and essential oils come from.

Some essential oil companies grow their own plants, or obtain them from wild-harvest areas.

Floracopeia states that their products are grown locally, or imported from local farmers in other countries. This company does not use world brokers, middle companies which, like olive oil brokers, may add chemicals, dilute the oils, or even provide oils which are completely synthetic.

I find essential oil energy to be a wonder, as I am just learning about it. The Tree and Plant Kingdoms' gift to our essential good health.

Essential oils are compounds made from every part - leaf, stem, root, of plants and trees. They can be used singly, or in combinations to affect our health in specific ways.

Essential oils have been used throughout recorded history for medicinal purposes. They alleviate both physical and emotional conditions.

Ah! The fragrances...healing in and of themselves.

  • peppermint
  • lavander
  • orange
  • lemon
  • rose
  • eucalyptus
  • cinnamon
  • clove
  • bergamot
  • spearmint

And many more.

Healing oils can be inhaled, and rubbed on the skin. Often sweet oils like almond or apricot are used as a dilution.

Therapeutic grade oils are from organically raised plants, and are processed free of chemical contaminants.

"Fragrance" oils are often not organic, or pure. They are typically used to drop onto a candle, or mix into a lotion. But they are not considered a therapeutic or healing grade. It is always good to make those distinctions.
